If you're doing triple science then as all three are separate GCSEs then in principle you can do one at foundation and the others not. Your school may have a policies to have students doing the same tier for all sciences if doing triple science but this is an individual thing and not a universal requirement.
Since double science is a single course awarding two GCSEs covering all three sciences though, for that you either do everything foundation or everything higher, presumably. Not relevant for you but might be relevant for someone else
