Help with Equity and Trusts
So basically I'm writing a an exam tomorrow (which is thankfully a seen exam so it's easier to pass apparently), I have a problem with the essay question which are:
"equity will not assist a volunteer" to what extend do you agree with this statement
or
"The function and purpose of a secret trust is outdated and discriminatory, it has no place in modern society today"
Critically discuss the accuracy of this statement.
Can someone who knows equity well help with any of the these two answers, offer advice or tips? Thanks in advance
