Outrage at the chip shop
So the chip shop I went to tonight has stop doing gravy, unbelievable, I feel that should be grounds to have the licence revoked.

The shop is giving you a firm nudge to stick to salt, vinegar or chilli sauce.
I hope they have also stopped stocking tomato ketchup and brown sauce.

yeah in the south, gravy and chips doesn't exist. Curry sauce is so overhyped anyway

Is this a Northern thing? Surely gravy is something you have with roast chicken?! It sounds disgusting poured onto chips. Doesn't it make them all soggy?
As a Southerner I can vouch for that, chip shop chips without curry sauce is sacrilege
