Anxiety Struggles

I'm really struggling with high anxiety levels all of the time, but I'm too scared to seek advice from a professional incase they don't take me seriously or try to patronise me😥 what can I do???

You certainly shouldn't think like that! At the end of the day, you should know that there will always be people who will want to listen to you, and want to help you. If you feel comfortable speaking with a professional, I definitely would! I can guarantee anything that you tell them will not be surprising, or even new, as they WILL have had a lot of experience, and trust me, they DO have the ability to help!

Good luck, hope this helps in any way at all xxx
Have you tried 7 cups of tea (https://www.7cups.com)? It’s a website where you can get free confidential advice and support. Obviously, getting professional help would be better - definitely agree with Lolztye - but this might help in the mean time? Xx

I will definitely look into that, I had never heard of that before. Maybe I could try that first and then ease into going to a GP for advice. Thank you xx
