Hey guys - with the strike action going on I can't seem to catch a meeting with a tutor until next week but I was wondering if anyone can help me out with notes; specifically on forced marriage? Trying to work through past-papers and it's a class we've not had yet due to strikes.

I've been using Elaine Sutherlands Family Law Basics book so far as it seems the most up to date, but I'm finding the topic quite difficult to find information for so if anyone has any other books, articles, notes or case law references it would be great! I know usually our tutor is very big on analysis so if anyone has any ideas on potential reforms or anything positive / negative on the legislation available it would be amazing too! Not even looking for anything overly specific, just want to bulk my notes up as the exam deadlines seem to be speeding in! Xxx
