Should I lie on my medical form?
I am (hopefully) going to be starting studying vet medicine this September but I have to fill out medical forms for it and I don't want to have my offer revoked due to my illness, but I also don't want to be caught in a lie and stuck in the same situation.
Not to mention it is asking for quite a lot of detail and I am uncomfortable being forced to disclose so much of my medical history since I have a choice if I want to go but it is my private information

Why would they revoke it? Surely that would count as discrimination under disability act?
