How long does it take for Liverpool Uni to reply by email?

I contacted Liverpool uni via email in order for me to decline their offer and has anyone emailed them recently and if so how long did it take become I have a course in extra that I want to apply to a course in extra before it goes. Thanks

I contacted admissions and they replied quite quick about an enquiry. Have you used there live chat system on there wesbite? It’s open 9-4pm so maybe try tomorrow?
