Er, in the nicest possible way, why? Both are extremely competitive, require lots of dedication, and specific work experience/volunteering. I don’t think you would be able to write a sensible PS that combines the two, and I really doubt either course would accept an alternative PS - why would they, when they have more than enough candidates for whom that course is their first choice?
I would really advise that you just pick one, and run with that.
