from my obsessions to affecting my day-to-day life, especially when things are going good, to doing all sorts of compulsions and ruining everything...ugh it's exhausting and I wouldn't even wish it on my worst enemy

Very hard to explain it as well, as it can be difficult to understand what it actually feels like unless you've experienced it yourself. Not as easy as simply 'not worrying/thinking about it'...

Hope you can find a way to at least manage it, so it's not so impactful on your day-to-day life.

there are a lot of themes/compulsions and some are pretty extreme too so there's a tackling of stigma needed. I'm in therapy but I wish I could do it in person and away from home :/
