Differentiation Help - A2 Maths SUPER CONFUSED

I differentiated y= 2sin2x +cos2x to dy/dx = 4cos2x-2sin2x. I am asked to find the stationary points of the curve. However, I don't know what to do after I have done 4cos2x-2sin2x = 0.

Solutionbank has it written as:
4cos2x-2sin2x = 0
4 - 2tan2x = 0

How did they get 4 - 2tan2x
Hint: divide both sides by cos2x.

sin/cos = tan

Thank you so much!
