clicked scam link by accident

I stupidly clicked a scam link, although i immediately deleted the tab on my iphone, changed all my passwords and pins and talked to apple support i am still very scared my iphone may be hacked/ have spyware/ dangerous software. i have very bad anxiety and am terrified of things like this. can someone please advise me or put me at ease. thanks x

Was it just a tab that opened up? As long as you didn’t put any information into it then you’re fine, I get stuff all the time popping up
