Applying to work at PGL

Hi, so I have just applied to be and Activity Instructor/Group Leader in 2022 at PGL and was wondering if anyone has worked there and if so what its like and what the application process is like.

I am a bit concerned as I do not have any experience working with children except from babysitting younger relatives, but I really would like to work with young children in the future. I have applied for this position in order to gain experience in this field and hope that the fact that I don't have much previous experience with children won't put me at a disadvantage. I do have other experience in customer service however, which I hope will count for something.

I am currently 17, but will be 18 by the date that I stated in my application I am available to work from.

I guess I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced working for PGL, living at PGL and the application process. Any advice for what to do next would be great! TIA
