I applied to Aston maths I've gotten emails from my other 4 options only Aston maths hasn't gotten back to me please don't stress as some of my friends sent their applications early and got emailed back three weeks later

All of my other choices have sent acknowledgements, apart from Manchester, so perhaps they don't send one? Not all do.
