Applying for The Slade

Hiya, i’m applying for the slade BFA for the upcoming year (2022). I was wondering if anyone who got accepted/knows any info could answer some questions.
What things are important to include in the portfolio? much of my work is photography based but i have a few bits of graphic design, paintings, video work etc - should i stick to my specialism or show a range
how much process / sketchbook work should i present? baring in mind most of this is digital.
how many pieces of work does the average portfolio contain / does anyone have an example portfolios ?

I’m applying to slade this year too, my portfolio is a mix of printmaking and painting/ drawing - was wondering whether it’s better to include more rough overviews and processes or completed prices - or a mix? My portfolio is pretty large at the moment but I’m guessing I should narrow it down to about 10-20 works and processes?

also they have had a massive amount of applicants this year, more than usual and less spaces are being offered this year.

I got an interview offer back today, so I assume it'll be over the next few days they are sending them all out!

I have a friend at Slade who is asking about it tomorrow. Also had a friend get offered an interview today. Last year I was offered an interview a couple of days after a diff friend was offered. So it should be fine.
