Which one is better? UCL vs UvA

I got offers from both UCL in Geography and Liberal Art and Science in the University of Amsterdam. It's hard to make a choice. Literally, after graduate I prepare to further study GIS/EnivScie/Geomatics in master degree in institutions like ETH, TUDelft or EPFL. Which one would be better?

where did you end up going? i also got a liberal arts and sciences offer from UCL & UVA, not sure which to choose.
