i dont have diagnosed anxiety but i think its pretty obvious i have it. earlier today i was really worried about something, any advice?

Trust... read books or listen to audiobooks/podcasts that help with mindset and self-improvement. I was a anxious mess a few years back and in total control now :smile: Shout if you need recommendations!
