One way employers can judge a degree’s worth easily is through accreditations and rankings.
The Cranfield School of Management is triple accredited; by the AACSB International (the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), AMBA (the Association of MBAs) and EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System). The Human Resources Management MSc specifically is accredited by the highly regarded Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and is a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) dual accreditation degree.
As well as being accredited, the school overall is very highly ranked. While we are excluded from many of the most popular rankings, due to being a postgraduate-only university, Cranfield School of Management is top 10 in the UK and 34th in Europe in the Financial Times European Business School 2021 Rankings. Read more details about the different rankings here:

Your employability can also be increased using the Cranfield Careers Services. When you look at the course content, Cranfield’s modules cover both Management broadly as a topic, Human Resource-specific modules, and also give you the chance to apply this classroom-based learning in an individual project.
You also can choose from some elective modules, meaning you can tailor the course to your own interests and goals.
