The Student Room Group

Compelling personal reasons

Hello,
I want to apply to student finance for compelling personal reasons. I had severe mental health issues throughout the year including several episodes of severe SH. I failed the end of year exams and want to repeat them. My question is what kind of thing do they accept it for ? Would mine be enough? I have doctors letters detailing my issues throughout the year
A letter from your GP should be enough to be granted extenuating circumstances, yes

hi, I received a letter from my GP confirming my health condition and that I'm still taking medication ,but they didn't go into much detail

should that be enough alongside my CPR?
