Thank you so much, this is really helpful. Actually I am about to take my GCSEs in 2 months time but I just wanted to know ahead of time about universities for actuarial science since I have been interested for quite a while now. Also, is a subject combination of Chemistry, Economics, Maths and Further Maths a good selection of A Level choices to aim for the more prestigious universities like LSE?
You should look at Warwick MORSE. The name is not 'actuarial science' but it covers the material and is very highly regarded.

Should be a good combination, an essay writing (like economics) and maths + further maths should allow you to apply to a large array of financial courses, but bare in mind if you choose to do maths at say COWI usually they require the STEP exam or something else, I can’t quite remember.
