i want to pursue a degree in actuarial science and LSE is one of the main universities im aiming for but is it important for me to take further pure math at A level or is just pure math itself at A level good enough for an actuarial science degree and to get into LSE

Further maths is extremely important to get into LSE considering how competitive applications for them are. People apply there with all 9s at GCSE and all A*s for A level in subjects like Maths, FM and Physics and still get rejected. I would recommend taking it
