Uni of Leeds emails

Hi I applied to Uni of Leeds to study Criminal Justice in November and received my conditional offer this week. My question is has anyone else that has received an offer not received a confirmation email from Leeds? I haven’t gotten any emails from Leeds since I applied in November and wanted to know if this is normal? Thanks

When I received my offer back in November it took quite a while for me to get a confirmation email
