Urgent ucas helppp

Leeds gateway for medicine says that evidence of Free School Meals should be evidenced by the referee, but this hasn't been done so and my ucas application has been submitted.

However, on my ucas application it does say that I receive Free school meals in 'My Personal Details' should this be fine? Or should I send an email to Leeds with a PDF school letter confirming that I receive FSM written by my referee?

this is what it says on the website under the third criteria of You are from a household with a gross annual income of £25,000 or below

Call Leeds and ask if they require additional evidence from your referee.
