Contact your SCITT about this ASAP. It does unfortunately run you the risk of starting off on the wrong foot - since in a SCITT programme, you will tend to be in school from day one, it may well give the teachers the impression that you aren't taking the course seriously.

How long ago did you book the holiday? Did you not realise it would overlap with the school year?
