The epistemological and ontological position of my research
HI,
my research is looking at digital newspaper representations of the police in light of recent cases of police misconduct in England and Wales. I am looking to discover if newspapers still favour the perspective of authority figures over non-authority figures when talking about police related issues and how police misconduct has affected the medias relationship with police.
Does anyone know what epistemological and ontological position this research will be as I am struggling to figure it out?
