I need some help! so i'm currently doing an animal welfare assistant level 2 course and I have my EPA coming up, my college tutor has been no help and I no longer work at my previous workplace where I did my apprenticeship at since I hated working there but I will be going back and doing my exam there since my new workplace is constantly busy to do an exam.

So in my exam we have to weigh out food and at my previous place they used specific dechra digestive support, I'm having real trouble trying to follow the feeding guide as obviously I would be weighing out food for a patient that has just had an operation so you wouldn't give like 140g as that's way too much.
can anyone help me? as I've looked at the feeding guide which goes in the weight and lifestage of the dog like this is how I've been doing working it out, e.g BW 15kg and it says to give 375g for a 6 month old (which is says 50%) which I then divided by 2 to get 187g which is too much to give post op.
can someone help me??
