accurate terms and defintions for a level ocr computer science

as we know, the ocr specification is famously vauge, and doesnt contain the exact definitions to its terms. And if you were to find ocr a level cs terms and definitions online you will probably get many different versions of the definitions, and the worst part is that even if you get the idea of the definition right, you might not get the mark if you didnt write some specific word!

so my questions how can we find the most acurate terms and definitions bank for ocr a level cs.

any idea if anyone has done this before and willing to share?
