Na, I got 75/75 on mine (AQA) but there's no scholarships available just for writing one good program. Assuming you haven't applied yet, it'd be good to mention on your personal statement, but it might be more beneficial to do more projects and such and publish on GitHub or Codeberg etc.
You could publish your OCR Project code to GitHub at some point but personally I wouldn't just because I'd be scared they'd accuse me of plagiarising my own work :/
In terms of scholarships I know that Nottingham and Southampton offer scholarships to home students. Warwick I think also has one but you'll need to apply in Y12.
Other than those I'm not aware of any scholarships, outside of those that can be won from competitions like IEEE run each year
