Nurses strike cut short

I read on the bbc that the nurses strike was cut shout by the court.

I know they won't continue to strike but what's to really stop them from continued strikes?

We don't have enough nurses as it is. It's unlikely we will fire en mass any nurses that defied the courts surley?
From my understanding the nurses wouldn’t get fired en mass, however the unions could end up getting fined eye watering amounts of money which just isnt worth it for them. So any strike action on the days ‘unlawfully’ wouldn’t be union backed and therefore won’t actually contribute to anything.
The union have already now got to foot the legal bill of the gov challenge which is expensive enough so they won’t want to pay for the fees and fines of unlawful action. It’s better to just hold another ballot and carry on lawfully once that ballot result is in which will show nurses want to continue striking.
