Predicated grades for applied science 24 entry

I also wanted to ask how teachers create predicated grades? I really want to do dental therapy in uni and the predicated grade I need is (minimum) DDM. I feel like I’ll definitely get a pass in my unit 3 exam tomorrow so will my predicated grade be a pass? ;( sorry for all these questions I’m not from this country and I’m quite confused as to how it works. I’m so confused and it’s stressing me out

Each school will do this slightly differently, but yes, in general their predictions will be based on what you already have achieved at least in part, as well as any practice exams/mocks etc. If they can tell you're working hard, it is possible that they could give you a bit of leeway and predict a little higher. I guess I'm answering your question a little late, but I hope it all went well.
