We can't offer answers, but we can offer tips.

4b: use the following equations from page 2:
units used (kWh) = power (kW) × time (h)
cost = units used × cost per unit

6b(ii): the question is asking to suggest a reason. This could be a myriad of things so long it's valid. Unfortunately I don't know what you have been taught, so I am not sure what to suggest.
I also personally hate these questions because you can offer a good reason but the person marking the paper might disagree.

@MindMax2000 Yes i know where your coming from, you could give a completely compliable answer but if its NOT in the mark scheme then you do NOT get the mark, anyways thanks man
