Help chemistry acids

Help, for this q I don’t get why I don’t have to work out a new conc and why I just have to put the moles into the equation???

I would’ve said that you do have to work out the concentrations because square brackets means concentrations of. The only situation in which you wouldn’t do that is when there are the same number of concentrations on the top and the bottom as the units would cancel out so it wouldn’t matter whether you used mols or concs…
Did you get the right or wrong answer? Is there a mark scheme with this?
I’m also not sure whether you’ve also put the wrong bits in the wrong places in the second to last step…?
