So my anxiety freeze response seemed to have gotten worse? To the point where I can’t seem to run to class when I have to get going because my body feels so anxious and heavy (Im normal weight). Sometimes I automatically stop walking when going to certain classes and I fail to push myself sometimes because my head is filled with so many doubts. Im not sure what to do anymore, Im really trying to stay on track. Exams haven’t started yet thankfully. But my freeze is getting so so much worse :/
