Will I get marked down for using tu instead of vous?

I study AQA A level french
I had my speaking exam today, and for the most part I used vous but looking back I used tu once.
Will this affect my mark or will they understand it as an honest mistake?

I don't do A-level french, but I did do it at GCSE using the AQA exam board too. I remember my teacher being strict on the whole vous tu thing but if A-Level is only a bit stricter, than it might not affect your mark that much if you only used it once rather than the whole way through. It still will but I don't think it would be detrimental. Still, this is just my opinion.
