Delay in CAS

Hi,I applied for CAS In Manchester Metropolitan University two weeks ago and the period of time I’m supposed to get it has elapsed.Please what could cause the delay?

The admissions team are processing CAS as quickly as they possibly can. due to the time of year, they are working through a lot of requests.
