I haven't recieved my CAS (UAL)

Hii, I'm an international applicant for a MA in UAL, but I haven't received my CAS yet, and my application still appears as a conditional offer. Is there anybody with the same problem?? Since I'm an international I have to apply for the VISA and it takes a few weeks and my course starts at mid September, i'm kinda stressed.

You will not get a CAS until you have met your offer conditions and your offer is Unconditional.

Yeah, I have met all the conditions, and has been uploaded since June

Have you contacted the international team for help in chasing admissions to confirm your place?

I already did the past month, and the answer was that they have a delay on the outcome of applications, but is still too much time of delay. However, if i have a conditional offer, it doesn't that mean that my place is already confirmed?
