Delay from East London university to receive CAS Shield link

IF there is a delay to receive the pre cas interview details and to open CAS shield , what can an applicant do? I have emailed the university several times but no response. The website has deadlines for CAS next Week!

There was a major delay from the uni even for me
I received the details and was given less than 12 hours to complete the CAs shield and pre recorded interview 🤦🏻*♀️🤷🏻*♀️ luckily I was not travelling or did not have any other plans that day

Although, I have mailed in the mail you have provided, but still delay & no any response of the topic by uel. Why?? May I know the reason why the maximum students are suffering from pre CAS interview delay??
