How long does it take to get cas letter?

I have an unconditional offer letter and I paid all my fee. I have applied my CAS on September and it's been 3 months but still I don't receive the CAS letter. My November intake already defer to January intake due to delay in CAS. I am warried about my future study because my course will start on 8th January 2024 and I'm still waiting for my CAS letter. So I don't have to much time to my course will start.

Have you spoke to student support at your institution? There have been loads of backlogs with this stuff all over the country, in large part due to knock-on effects on administrative staff owing to strikes and the marking boycott, but really you should be seeing movement on this issue by now.
