Cas shield login request

Pls, I have paid my first initial deposit and awaiting a CAS shield to be able to book for a pre-CAS interview but have still not received any payment confirmation and a CAS shield registration link to help me apply for my pre-CAS interview. Pls kindly assist me with reason for the delayance. - University of Roehampton
