Anyone interested in an ensuit room at the Forge accomodation Sunderland next year?

I have a tenancy agreement made for an ensuit room at the forge sunderland. I am trying to break the agreement but I can only do so by getting someone to replace me. If you are interested in the ensuit room please let me know so that I can give you the room I have booked for next year (2023/2024) and break my agreement. The booking is from 16/09/2023 - 26/07/2024 and costs £125 / week.

The ensuit room comes with a double bed, toilet and shower, desk, cupboard... The accomodation site has 24/7 security, water and electricity bills are included... Here is a link for more information: https://www.u-student.com/sunderland/
