Struggling to get DBT for EUPD
Even before coronavirus, there was no availability in my area that offered DBT. I’m too old for CAMHS and although have good relationship with GP, I’m struggling mentally. I’ve reached out countless time to CMHT but they only offer treatment to patients through IAPT which has very specific criteria. Such as if you’ve ever had psychosis or have a mental health disorder other than short term depression and anxiety, there is nothing they can offer me. Any help or advice greatly appreciated!
