Chemistry practical mistakes in setup

hey im trying to answer this practice question about identifying mistakes in a practical setup but i dont understand where the mistakes are because the setup looks correct to me.

im thinking about maybe using a round bottomed flask for even heat distribution or theres a missing thermometer but that can't be correct because its asking for mistakes in the setup. I'm also thinking that they should use a fractionating column instead. Could anyone give me clarity for the mistakes? thank you

If you seal a condenser, the vapours will accumulate - what will that do to the pressure inside the setup and what may happen as a result?

If you make it so the water moves down the condenser as opposed to up the condenser, will it cool the vapours as efficiently?
