chemistry paper 2 2023- nmr mistake?

The fragment NMR question in paper two, the leak for 1.26, was that a mistake on the paper? How could it have three hydrogens attached and two R chains? My teacher said they might have wanted us to assume the influence from oxygens but have never been told that that’s possible? Is it wrong on the paper?
