I made a sheet and it has all the mechanisms u need to know for organic chem so I suggest u do the same! A lot of it is memorisation so make sure you know reaction pathway inside and out

Perhaps not- I think paper 2 last year was pretty balanced with paper 1 right?

ive only ever drawn chemical structures in pencil, would it be alright in the exam? i have a sharp HB mechanical pencil so it'll most likely show up, but still a bit worried

Is anyone planning on drawing out the synthetic routes map out, and where are u going to draw it out,
because if u draw it on the back u have to keep flicking to the back
but is it ok to draw it on the extra paper if u haven't used the back papers first or to draw something when it's not for answering a question

u could draw it on the data sheet or just ask for extra paper

i think its really inconvenient to draw the whole map out. if you know the map well enough to draw it from memory then youll be fine answering questions. if you still need a visual for particular questions its way quicker to just do a small flowchart for that specific reaction/functional group

im not sure how it is for other places, but we arent allowed to draw on the data sheets, we get 1 per for the whole of paper 1,2 +3
