Exam Deferral

I'm currently in Year 2. I had most of my year 2 exams deferred because I had a serious medical problem. The medical problem is still occurring but I now have my exams in a month time. I haven't been able to revise much over the last 2 months due to the medical issue. I'm wondering what would happen if I'm unable to sit these exams next month. Would they be deferred to be taken during Year 3 or would I have to retake year 2 again? The stress of this is causing me more problems. I really don't want to retake the year.
