Question for guys who prefer long hair - is this a good compromise

I want short hair and hear many me. saying they dislike short a hair and that it’s a shame etc when women cut it short.

I thought this would be a good balance - (not the colour just the cut). It maintains some length yet it also satisfies my wish for short hair.

What do you think?

I did it, because it’s wavy it looks like some 1930’s cropped hairdo. Bit of regret tbh

So get it cut in a way that pleases you! Not everyone can carry long hair off. If your hair is really fine it often just looks straggly whereas short hair can look really good!! (although it requires more maintenance by way of frequent trims to keep the original cut shape.)
At the end of the day if you are happy with the way you look it will show and happy people are always more attractive give than grumps.

It’s actually very curly with lots of volume, very prone to being frizzy. Yea long hair just look dull on me, I don’t like the feeling of it but itis easier to manage I guess.

I prefer short hair but it needs a lot of straightening

Already thinking of growing long again LOL

And why can’t you have it all the same length that it is at the back? Looks really good and you don’t have to straighten it if you don’t want to?
