Kings college conditional offer

I applied for first year entry at KCL this year and despite having achieved my A level results in 2021 my offer still says conditional depending on achieving grades required. I’ve sent in evidence for my results weeks ago but still no changes. I’m worried I may have sent them in too late. I emailed the admissions team but didn’t get much help. Anyone know if this is normal?

KCL has some very poor administration, so yes, this is something you shouldn't have to, but can reasonably expect from them. Not that you shouldn't go about fixing this. If messaging doesn't work, I'd try calling the admissions office. I'd try to get in touch with them until the problem is sorted.
