Your closest student accommodations to Collegiate Campus are 'LIV Student' and 'The Forge', both of which are around a ten minute walk away from the campus. If you got a bus in everyday, there's 'the Gate' which sits on the main road that buses come through and they're quite frequent to Ecclesall Road (the road that Collegiate Campus is on). If you specifically want to live five minutes away from Collegiate then my advice is to go through a housing company and do it that way, as LIV Student is the closest accommodation to it but it's a 10 minute walk rather than a 5.
