exam stress

Although its a long way away (well not rlly), I've been rlly stressed lately about my ACTUAL GCSEs, GCSEs are life changing because they lead you into the real world. I have been thinking "what if I don't pass my main subjects? What if I have to retake them?" and I don't want to have to retake them. I've been revising everyday since the start of summer holidays, a little bit of maths every day along with my timetable of subjects to revise each day ( maths is the most I struggle on I got a 2 in my maths, a 3 in my English, and they are my main ones!!!!) I'm stupendously frightened that I wont pass my mains!
My revision timetable is:
Monday- English
Tuesday- science
Wednesday- maths
Thursday- history
Friday- Spanish
sat/sun- Maths/English
(I'm doing this right now during the summer holidays)

Is there anyway I could prevent stress or lower my stress levels now or nearer to the exam so I wont worry so much DURING the GCSE exam??
