hi i was doing some hw and was asked to name each type of bond, but i am not really sure what that means i have uploaded the question.
also does type of bond mean sigma or pi?
i am also not sure if my sp3 and sp are correct too

Number 2 is sp2 hybridised

As above, a double bond is sp2 hybridised. Moreover, a single bond is sigma, a double bond is made up of 1 sigma bond and 1 pi bond and a triple bond is 1 sigma and 2 pi.
