Graduate Schemes for Sept 2024 and Career Transitioning

Hello,

I've recently graduated with an MSci in Psychology and fortunately got a graduate scheme for 1 year working as a psychology teaching assistant. However, being a teaching assistant is not the career path I want to take in the long term. I accepted it as it's an amazing opportunity. I would love to explore the marketing field and get a job in marketing and/or digital marketing after completing a year of this graduate scheme.

1. Has anyone had experience / or have any advice for transitioning from psychology to marketing? I have had experience in social media and I'm volunteering as a marketing assistant over the past summer for a local charity.

2. When do grad schemes for Sept 2024 open? would it be this coming September/October? and what websites can anyone recommend for marketing?
